The Product Mindset

Short read that was very interesting. I think that my experience had me on the right track, but this helped me to provide context to some of the skills I've already been developing. There's tons of good insights here, but my favorite quote is definitely
"If we ask our engineers to write code, we'll get code. If we ask our designers to make things pretty, the product will be pretty.
