"Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World"

By retired US Army General Stanley McChrystal.  This was one of the first leadership books I chose to read early in my career. It was an amazing read and changed the way I viewed my role as an individual contributor as part of a large organization. It was definitely a book that made me want to be a leader. I would love to circle back to this one soon.
